“Clovelly, Devon 1” Watercolour. Framed

Clovelly, North Devon.  Watercolour painting 8in x 10in set in a frame size 37.3cm x 42.5cm and 1cm deep.  Painted on 300g/m2 acid free cold-pressed paper.  Photorealist style.  It took me 4 weeks to complete this piece literally using a magnifying glass to achieve a realistic feel.  The path through the cobbled streets is exhilarating - stunning views,; unique shops,; olde English pubs; tea rooms and quaint cottages.   Clovelly has protected it’s historical way of life for centuries.
